Stopped working in less than a year

Terrible product. Worked fine but not outstanding at first, but stopped printing completely in less than a year. When I searched online for this problem, hundreds of people had posted the same issue. I will never buy from Epson again.

Ink sucker!

I feel like I'm changing cartridges every time I print. If I'm out of color ink it will not let me print in black only. I needed an all in one printer for my small business, this was NOT it!

Printer heads quit working

This was a great machine until the black printer head wore out. Now it is simply a scanner full of expensive ink.

Even if you ONLY print in black and white it still uses the other colors. And when even ONE color runs out, you can't print at all. "ERROR" It's literally broken at that point...OFTEN!
"Your black is full and you just want to print in black? Sorry, you're out of yellow. ERROR!"
I don't use the other colors, yet they're always low or empty. Sneaky, expensive, little trick.
I will never buy another Epson product again.

Great Purchase

I this this printer out of the box and completely set up in less than 20 minutes. I works very well and is not smarter than I am, which I greaty appreciate.

Easiest set-up

I have to tell you (all) that this was the easiest set-up that I have experienced.
My CD drive is broken, so I went to the EPSON web site and downloaded the info, and exactly 5 minutes later I was printing !
This is my first EPSON Printer, and I"m off to a great start !

Took two takes

First one had a flaw when making copies, would put a pencil thin black straight edge line down the paper. Took it back and exchanged for a new one and no issues with it as of yet. Nice printer, hoping the first one was just a QC 'goof-up'. Very user friendly when it comes to Apple devices, so if your an Apple nerd like myself the 'Airprint' works flawlessly as soon as you connect the printer to your wifi network.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Quality and Dependable Printing

We just bought a couple of Epson WF Pro WP-4530s for the office at work at and I was highly impressed with them. I had to replace my old printer that shall remain nameless and it was a no brainer that I would go with Epson. After looking at both the WF-2540 and the WF-3540, I decided to go with the WF-2540. Looks just like a smaller version of what we use at work and I couldn't be happier about the printer I selected. I will definitely recommend Epson when asked what type of printers I rely on! They are fast, dependable and the image quality is outstanding! Thank you Epson!
