this printer is ok as a budget printer. but it seems to use a lot of ink and i dont print any pictures, just documents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just had a little mishaps with my printer kept saying i had a papper jam witch clearly i didnt i kept switching it on N off still nothing now hopefully the warranty is up to par havent had it but like 3 months at the most so please pray for me..

Software issues

The printer works well but I have a software problem. Every since I installed the software for the printer my Microsoft office software doesn't work. I cannot figure out why. I want to keep the printer but I also want my other software to work correctly. That is my only issue with this product.

Adding another terminal to the studio i picked a printer with a nice output, and a great price. I am sticking with a company i've been using since 1998 so i am slightly bias, but this printer does what it promises and that's what i want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm in love with this printer. Now all of our computers ... Windows 7, Windows 8, and iOS 6.1.3 ... can be used to print! I'm happy, happy, happy!

I had a little problem getting my slow XP computer to launch the setup disc, but then I remembered the "add or remove programs" on "My computer" and everything went fine. Printed a couple of pictures, and they came out just beautiful. Some people complained that this printer goes thru a lot of ink. Well, look at the size of the ink cartridges! From now on, I will be buying the extra large cartridges. The "standard" size ones are just too little. The WF-2430 replaces my CX5400, which I just loved, but I'm sure I'll like this one just as much down the road.
