Epson Workforce WF-2540 All In One Printer

I purchased this printer a couple of days ago, it has
been the easiest printer to set up that I have ever
owned. The fact that you can print from an Ipad or
Iphone is amazing, but the greatest thing is the
ability to print away from Wi-Fi through e-mail. I was not aware of that feature.

So far -- so good

I have only had this printer about a week, but so far it seems to meet my needs. I was not sure about having 4 ink cartridges, maybe it will be a plus, only replacing the one that is expended. I like printing envelopes (especially for greeting cards) and so far this printer works so much better for this than our previous printer, I believe that feeding the paper from the top is beneficial for this. I ordered ink cartridges from Epson and they arrived very quickly, another good sign.
I would recommend this to a friend!

it's easy to install and works fast and perfect
color is great and the printing also and of course love the fax, a lot cheaper to have your own than paying someone else
love how I can adjust size o pictures that I download also. I do a lot of scrapbooking and this is perfect to make all the pictures and all the writings I do for each one.

Great little printer with Network Card.
Was really easy to get set up on two computers and wirelessly.
Print speed and quality are good, once it has spooled up.
One issue is that is comes on when the wireless device looks for it, then cleans and shuts down after 10 minutes.

my 2540 all in one

I have found a printer , scanner, copier and a fax all in one hunk/ I really like this machine after I figured out how to use it. It is a wireless machine so that makes it really nice. I love being able to print from my iphone and when I am not sitting at my desk. I recommend this to anyone thinking about buying a copy,printer,scanner,or fax you just cannot beat this machine.

This model is easy to install and use and gives good quality copies. Key pad is clear and easy to use. Holds good amount of paper and feeds easily. The wireless feature works great. The only complaint thus far is I loaded a new black ink cartridge and the first printed pages were blurry and smudged. I cleaned the print head and followed other instructions. I had used about 10% of the ink before the problem went away and had to call tech support. Printer is only 2 months old. Frustrating.

This wireless printer was extremely easy to set up. I was a little hesitant because I am not computer savvy and thought I would have difficulty. The instructions were explicit and easy to follow and in about 20 minutes it was ready to go. I am pleased. This is a great compact printer, scanner, and fax machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased this printer, left the store about 1 1/2 hours ago and it is up and running. This install was by far the easiest printer I have ever installed. Been in the Information Technology business for the past 40 years and if this preforms as well as it installed I will be truly impressed however my experience with Epson has always been a positive experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!
