I have long been a user of another once popular brand of printer and after my previous one gave it up the other day and I had to rely on getting my printing done at my regular printer supply store was ready to find something new. The person at the print dept. where I had to take my print job to suggested I look at the reviews for the Epson line of printers! I check the published information and was immediately sold on going with my present new machine and from the time I took it out of the box, I was totally happy. I will be doing a lot more projects in the next few months because I now have a very well-built machine to depend on.

This unit is a great combination of scanner and printer for a small home business. The reason this is my second purchase of this model is that the Yellow printing function quit working on the first unit.

I LOVE this 4-In-One. It works wonderfully!! I can use it to do personal items, work related, and can keep up with my son's heavy use. Ink is affordable, and easy to find. And can be printed from a variety of devices all around the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had Epson printers for long time, the last one I had was a CX6000 all in one, lasted around 5 yrs. I like Epson, this one the WF-2540 my currant printer was easy to set up, it is a wireless, that part was defalcate for me but I solved the problem by getting a USB cable, some of the instructions were a bit troublesome, but I did manage to correct the problem. now when it prints it is much faster than the old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up. Beautiful copies. Simple to scan documents. In 10 minutes the Epson was producing perfect work.

I haven't had any problems with this printer. its fast.. only thing is if you want two sided you must physically turn the paper over so it'll print on the blank side after the first side is done. a small inconvenience.. otherwise everything is smooth and fast.. wireless easy to set up and im no techie!
