Great, Fast Printer

I upgraded from a 4 year old C6830 because it died. The 6520 has a lower model number, but is a much better printer. Wireless setup was a breeze and only took a few minutes. The resistive touch screen was nice to enter in my password. You have to press a little hard to get the touch to register, but it's not bad. The MacBook automatically recognized the printer, as did the iPad. Installing the drivers on the Windows 7 box took some time, but was painless. After setting up ePrint, emailing documents to the printer should come in handy. I also installed the ePrint app on my Android and printed a page from the internal web browser. Scanning is quick and easy, though on Mac, I haven't found out how to make a multi-page PDF yet. It's easy to do on Windows. Documents print quickly, and the double-sided printing is a cool addition. Photos come out vibrant and professional. This printer is amazing for the price.

I really like that I don't have to hook my laptop to the printer by a cord like I was planning with my older hp printer. I was unable to because it had a disc for the program as new as XP, yah, that's how long it's been.

Easiest setup ever.

Plugged it in, ran the installation wizard on two computers, and it works!
Simple to use, so simple in fact I was afraid I was missing something, but nope, everything works fine.

This is a very good printer and I don't say that lightly over the years I have had alot of printers I even had an hp and did not really care for it my last printer that I replaced was a kodak it was a good printer it printed really good but this hp printer is better than that and does everything really good love it for the price

Printer is very user friendly considering I am not proficient with computer hardware at all, I usually ask my son-in-law to set things up for me but I thought this time I would try it myself. Very easy to setup and start using. It was even easy to setup the wifi connection! Pictures I test printed came out great and regular printing was fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has excellent print quality, but the paper tray is difficult to position. If it is not in perfect place, the printer will not work. The tray needs to be more easily placed for the new user. Once I learned how to place it, I didn't have any difficulty.

Very nice product with large viewing screen. Service delivery was very prompt and CSR person was fantastic to deal with over previous printer problem.
