This combined with my new LG top load washer makes laundry much easier. To early for 5 stars for quality but would guess that it will get there given my previous experience with LG washers and dryers.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Love the dryer but it is a pain to lose the light and now I have to find a replacement

We are quite pleased with this dryer. It dries so much faster than our previous dryer. I do have to use the extra time occasionally, but not often. It has been a little hard to figure out how to do the extra time and some times I just would need 3 or 4 minutes extra time and it makes me set it for 10 which bugs me. Of course, I can just stop it... but wish it would let me set it for less than 10 min. It is quiet and my husband is quite amused that our washer and dryer play music when they are done.

Hard to get use to

Haven't had this dryer for long and I am still figuring out how to use it. I don't like the fact that it will think clothes are dry then stop, even when they aren't.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The chime indicating dryer cycle is done needs to be louder.

This dryer has many options to chose from but the preset modes set by the Selector Dial generally works 90% of the time. Very quiet and audible signals are pleasant, not jarring. Highly recommended.

This is our first electronic, digital controlled dryer and I was afraid it was going to be confusing and difficult to figure out. No so in the least. It's very straight forward and the graphic and sound feedback is great. An esp nice feature is being able to set up a Custom setting of our own making. Really, don't most of us use one mix of setting more often than not? Well this lets you pre-set it and get all you want with one selection. We're both VERY please with our new dryer and would recommend it to anyone in need of a new one. Size, feature and ease of use is GREAT!

We bought both the washer and dryer and are very happy with our purchase. The dryer has a large capacity and dries our clothes in an amazingly short time. We love the "wrinkle care" option that tumbles the clothes periodically until you pull them out. No more wrinkled dress pants and shirts! And the side swing door is great for hanging shirts and blouses on while pulling clothes from the dryer. Both the washer and dryer are good solid quality. Very well made.
