Love the styling and features of this dryer.

Bought this dryer last month based on consumer reviews and so far, so good. Love the look of the dryer and have received many compliments on the styling. Still getting used to the various settings - the rack feature is a plus for drying clunky items (e.g. shoes, bulky backpacks, etc.). Sometimes clothes, particularly cotton, come out a little more wrinkled than I like, but I think it's because I didn't select the correct settings.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings

Very efficient

We are very happy with this purchase. The drying area is large enough to handle heavy blankets and comforters. Clothes come out of the dryer without wrinkles due to the cooling down cycle. And, as a bonus, it plays a little tune to let you know when your clothes have completed the drying cycle.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, innovative

AWESOME MACHINE

The unit is quiet and super efficient. Drying used to be the long leg on washdays. When coupled with the LG washer, drying is actually faster than the wash cycle. We always use the sensor dry and have never been disappointed. Very well made and will hopefully last a long time. Easy to operate!
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Incorrect dryer instructions

Where it states 12 screws need to be removed from the inside of the dryer door there are actually 16 screws. 4 in each quadrant.
Pros: reverse door instructions

This dryer is very efficient. It takes half the time to dry my clothes than my previous gas dryer. I would highly recommend it.

Quiet and very flexible

The dryer does what it is designed to do - dry clothes quickly. This is our first gas dryer after using electric for 35 years. It has all the bells and whistles and LED lights. Time will tell if the electronics add to or subtract from reliability. The settings are numerous and very flexible. I don't know what more you could ask for other than the clothes to jump out at the end and fold themselves. The lint filter is conveniently located in front. I'm not crazy about the front door 'handle' design from an aesthetics point of view, though it works fine for me. My wife complains that the latch requires too much force to open and shut. I also think the designers could improve the illumination in the basket for emptying clothes. Like any voluminous dryer, the drum is very deep and it can be hard to reach the back of it. Goes with the territory, I guess. Hey engineers, how about a means to tilt the rear of the drum upwards at end of cycle to let gravity push clothes toward the door? Also, I am hard of hearing, and even the highest end-of-cycle chime sound could be louder for me. I would also make the wrinkle guard feature the default 'on' choice to where you would have to press the button to deselect.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
