I exchaged a larger printer (PhotoSmart-All-In-One-8500) for this printer because I was getting lines on my photos and HP support could not correct the problem. This printer still gives me lines but they are fainter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printing software seems to be missing some paper sizes such as 8x4 photo cards.

wish i had aninstruction manual. I am not a computer guru but rather a 72 year old with just enough knowledge to get in trouble.

Printer was very easy to set and worked great for first 100 photo prints. Feeding and quality then were extremely bad. Support spent over an hour with me on the phone to correct both problems. Printer again working great. Give top rating to the Support.

This printer was very easy to setup and works perfectly as a wireless printer. This printer replaces an 11 year old 2410v photosmart printer which was still working, I just wanted to go wireless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy set up and quality copying. Set up on 2 PC's and an IPad and was it easy plus the phot copying quality is excellent. Buy one. You will not be disaapointed
