The quality of the photos just blew me away. I had an older Photosmart and loved it, but this new one is just way over the top better than the older model. I would highly recommend for those who love taking and printing their own photos. Love the fact that I don't have to open the lid to print copies just put'em in the feeder and I'm done. Makes my life a whole lot better.

I would recommend this printer to anyone. Photos printed with brilliant colors and no overlaying anywhere. Quite impressive. I did not expect this kind of clarity from an Ink Printer. The HP 7520 is comparable in print quality to the much higher priced Laser Printers.

Printing Options are Not Good

Does not allow you to print in draft mode on any paper selction. If you choose a matte card, you have to print with normal mode which drains your ink quickly. Doesn't give you an option to print labels either. However, the print speed is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Photosmart 7520 is an excellent device. All of the features work as advertised. I love being able to print from my iPad without have the desktop computer turned on.

Greeat little printer!

For the price, PhotoSmart 7520 is a great printer. It is a bit noisy, however, that seems to be norm nowadays. Ink consumption is about average. It recovers almost instantly from "sleep" mode, and no waiting for the exasperating and frequent, interruptions for "Cleaning Print Heads" as some HP printers require (I have one, but refuse to use it other than for back-up)
Con: Paper selection has been reduced considerably. I have used HP Brite White paper for years, but it is not listed with this printer. And, it errors out, and will not print fast draft on HP Premium paper (I can only assume that Premium listing replaces Brite White!). HP, allow me to make the decision of the print quality that I want on whatever paper! Half the control screen is covered with APS for which I have no need! Perhaps I will find a work-around to clean away that mess.
I have used HP printers for many, many years, and currently own four. Overall, I think this is a great little printer, and would recommend it to anyone.

Printer work great! I love 4 inch screen and the photos come out so good! Many off apps which HP provide with that printer do not work propely, but it's okey for me I don't use them. Eprint is really good staff, if you like print from your iPhone, Android and what ever else you have. I don't even need any USB cable, everything works wireless. All you need is WIFi and you good to go.
I would recommend this to a friend!
