Problem out of box

Had a problem right out of the box. Printer will not work because the print cartridge carriage is not the right one for this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

to many ink and printing problems. have to keep reprogram print program after each ink cartrigde is replaced

Set up was pretty good, a little too lengthy. Found that even though you elect to do the on-line install from the CD you have to leave the CD in since you started there. I am not crazy about the "eprint" feature. Found that it is not very easy to use.
Love the 2-sided printing feature (great for saving trees) and auto discovery of the printer by my other devices is timely but found that I still had to actually install the printer before I could really use it.

I purchsed my hp photosmart printer about two weeks ago and I love it. It was very easy to setup use; the print quality is exceptional. Ii has a lot of great features.

I had an HP photosmart 3300series before this one, while it lasted a long time; HP has improved printers greatly since I purchased that one in 2005. This 7520 is easier to use, less expensive ink, better set up for the photo paper tray, many more features such as printing from anywhere with sd cards. The photos are brilliant and regular paper printing is fast and crisp.
I would recommend this to a friend!
