Easy to use.

Replaced an old HP 932C printer that worked well for over 10 years when I had a new computer built with Win 8.1 Pro. Printer is exceptionally fast and I like the full color touch screen. Often print pictures of grandkids and this printer does an exceptional job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazingly Wonderful

I just printed my first picture on this printer and it was truly astounding...the colors are vibrant, the picture prints edge to edge...this looks like something that was taken and printed by a professional.
Now, that being said. I'm an older woman (the term older than dirt comes to mind). I was able to set this printer up by myself...well, almost...myself and HP. Seriously, I removed tape and a few very obvious sheets, plugged it in, put in the ink cartridges (might have been difficult to find except that when you're removing tape, one of them opens the case where the cartridge colors show), put in the little sample packet of photo print paper that was included in the order and turned it on. Seriously...if you've got a little common sense, can look at picture instructions and have ever worked with a printer before...all the above steps are going to be easily accomplished.
The last step was to put in the CD that came with the printer and answer the questions...I wanted to use the printer wirelessly, etc. The CD guided me through the process and without messing with my internet, router, computer or anything else the CD set up the printer and tied into HP for registration and setting up for fax, etc.
Within a half hour from opening the box, I had a functioning printer, scanner, copier, fax (which I chose NOT to hook up right now) that produced an amazing photograph. I've previously used a HP Photosmart printer and have always been pleased with the quality prints, but the print that came out on this printer so far surpassed any print I had ever seen that I'm not using the word "AMAZING" lightly.
Well worth the price! AND, as usual, I'm always happy to say I can trust HP printers!

Defective fax, unscrupulous ink changes

FAX: The setup's Fax Test consistently reports that the fax won't work. Sometimes it says I'm using the wrong wire (false), sometimes it says I have the right wire but it is plugged into the wrong jack (false). As a result, even though I currently am able to send and receive faxes, I can't trust it to keep working.
INK: I ordered this printer specifically because HP told me that it would accept the 564 and 564XL ink cartridges that I originally bought for an earlier Photosmart. But it won't -- HP changed the size of the 564 cartridge, and this printer requires the new-size 564 cartridge.

This Product Has The Best Print Quality

This product has an outstanding print quality for an inkjet printer. It also has easy to use ink reload features, and easy to see display. The printer also has a photo print feature which is excellent for use of printing all your keepsake photos. I have been working for print companies for over five years and have yet to see a inkjet printer this good. Please don’t be misguided though this printer is inkjet it still has some quality issues vs laser printers but is excellent none the less. Please note that I have only been using this printer for about a week so status may change in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product has great features and is very high tech. Wireless feature works well. My only complaint is that there were no instructions on how to operate the machine. Seems to use a lot of expensive ink for some simple tasks. Could be expensive to own long term. Some very simple basics included with the product would have been helpful. Trail and error prevailed.

I replaced another HP printer which I gave to my son to take to school. It was basic, worked well without frills. This printer is a whole new experience. It has a number of features including fax and wireless printing that are great and the results are wonderful. I have only had the printer for several weeks so I cannot say how it will hold up but so far I am very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really like the all-in-one printer

This printer is really easy to do faxes and you recieve confirmation that the fax went through. Some printers don't have this feature. The pictures print out is very nice, the color is accurate of the subject. Love the touch screen, it is very sensitive to the touch. You don't have to retouch the screen, once is enough!
