when I scan photos to my computer I am unable to find them no matter what file I choose.

This is a great consumer level printer. Easy to use, quality prints. The scanner, copy machine, and fax functions are a bonus and work superbly. I am very happy with the quality and performance of this unit and recommend it highly.

I wanted a product with auto feed acanning. I have used HP Photosmart all-in-ones for numbrous years and they have been excellent products without exception. Photos print beautifully. Regular printing is fast as well. The printer regularly recycles itself to tell me the ink levels. The printer is easy to set up either USB or wireless..I now use wireless without problems. The useful life of my printers has always been about 2-3 years so I purchase the warranty and have found it useful. I needed to replace the print head on my C510A this past year. Tech support by phone was very helpful and fast. Keep up the excellent work, HP.

The HP Photosmart 7520 is amazing. It did take some work to set it up (it was not as easy as earlier printers). The work was worth it. I love the "to do" that is printed automatically every Sunday night (mine includes a Peanut cartoon). For me the product is awesome. Thank you HP.

I've only had this printer for about three weeks, so I'm still learning all the features it has but I'm very impressed so far and extremely satisfied with what I've been able to accomplish with it. The only thing I find that is a bit annoying is the fact that when I leave the printer on for a while (a few hrs) it has an issue with finding my WiFi connection with my computers. I end up having to reset it. but like I said I've only had it for a three weeks so I'm sure I will find the solution to this.

Set up was a breeze and started using printer right away. Touch screen helps to make set up easy.
Prints come out great and scanner is very easy to use. Definitely would purchase again.

I am finding new features I never expected. Like when I asked it to print on both sides of page. I thought I had gotten a paper jam but the printer just took the sheet and turned it over. That was super. I am learning that it can do many things other printers I have owned could not. I only hope I can get a good life out of this printer and the ink cartridges, at least before I can learn all the features.
