This product is easy yo install (does it with no direction), has many extra features which I have not been able to try all as of yet. Replacement ink is reasonable.

This printer replaces a Photosmart C309 series. The 7520 was delivered in 3 days. It is a nice improvement over my previous HP printers. It is lighter, quieter, and responds rapidly to print commands. The touchscreen control panel is easier and clearer than the sometimes confusing buttons on the C309. After downloading the drivers, it worked on the first try...with my Mac desktop, laptop, and tablet.

I just purchased this printer and I love it. The printing is clear, concise and colorful. The scanning is great and the photo copies look like originals. The only item left for me is faxing and I am lacking a port and I am working on that. I highly recommend this printer. Easy installation process. I installed it myself. If this printer is going to perform like my last HP "antique relic", which is still working then you'll be sure to get your monies worth.

Issues that need to be resolved.

I was very happy with customer service and shipping. Had trouble with the use of the ink cartridges. I was hoping to use my barely used ones from my previous printer(HP 309g) But the new machine wouldn't accept them. So I used the ones that came with the machine and it kept rejecting the pink. I had to use another NEW cartridge for the pink to work. My first test print turned out fabulous. Then about 10 days later all the colored prints were yellow..I thought maybe I just needed to unplug the machine, but that didn't work. I shook each of the cartridges and finally it's working ok again. I shouldn't have to be concerned about my print usage. It's a NEW machine. I tried calling HP support..but got IYOGI...and they wanted to take over my computer. I was afraid to let them do that because I previously had some major issues with an IYOGI technician. I just want you to be aware that I'm having issues with this printer. I downloaded the new driver when that came to me by email. I've always had HP printers and want to continue to have GREAT support. Lorraine

Good multi-function machine; easy setup.

I bought this multi-function machine to replace an 8 yr old HP multifunction machine; model 3310 that started to leak ink and would no longer print properly. So I wanted to find something that was similar; that could scan, fax, print, copy -- and this machine does all that. so far the scan feature is better than the older one I had, it was very easy to set up - they had it all automated from HP. I love being able to do double-sided printing. there is one problem though; when I want to fax something --- it's not like the older machine, where you just press a fax button, input the number for the fax and send. you have to turn off the machine, then back on again, if it's been idle for more than a day, otherwise it will just hang in starting fax mode. so that needs to be fixed by HP. other than that, it's a great printer -- and I like everything about it. photo printing quality is superior of course to the older machine, and does a great job of scanning older photos and turning them into digital images for saving and sharing. I'd recommend it. the price was great, and much less than what I paid 8 yrs ago for the older one, which was top of the line then, it was one of the first wireless printers on the market as I recall - maybe the first.?

I have ordered a Photosmart All in One for years. They have lasted for many years. Each new one I purchase, the features and performance are better. The latest model hp7520 is quieter and faster in performing the jobs of printing and copying. The scan feature is much easier to use than any other model I had purchased in the past. I highly recommend this model
