Great features, fast, efficient

It was a pain to connect, not as easy as 1-2-3 the instructions imply (better to hook up through the interenet than the disc.) Took 2 hours w/ HP before it was all up and running smoothly.
Better machine than the PRO Jet 8600 which was slow, clunky and poor quality scans. This one is faster, clearer images. The only flaw is in the design, the display panel is in the way when you want to scan book or bigger items, it does not allow you to flatten out like a single page would.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is everything I hoped to get. Set up was a breeze and was able to set up my husband's laptop to be able to use the printer wirelessly. Much easier set up than my last HP 8500, which is what I replace this printer with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The setup was fairly easy and straight forward. The printer is a little on the slow side but has good print quality. Initially the printer recognized my router ok, but over the next couple of days, everytime I went to print something from my computer, I would get a message that the computer could not find the printer. This was due to the printer not being online, so I had to turn printer off and reboot it which worked fine. This had to be done three or four different times, but has since been good with no problems.
I am happy with my choose so far, as I have had this printer for two weeks.

SLOWER Than SLOW!

I was annoyed that they did not include a manual with directions. I had to stop and print out 102 pages. Then, it took a long time for it to set up and print anything. My "cheap" 4600 was as fast as lightening and very easy to use. I am not thrilled with this all in one so far!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead on arrival

The printer was dead on arrival. I spent an hour plus on the website, then called service. After 40 minutes plus on the phone I found out they would ship me a replacement power cable to see if that fixed it but by slow boat. It would take a week. So I just returned the dead printer and received a refund. The refund was instant so that was a good thing. Seems like they would have been better off overnighting the cable, but their choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The copies that this printer makes look great, and the scanner works very well. I am very pleased with this product, and it is very attractive also.
