Clothes never smelled very clean and washer always had a bad smell. The capacity was great and all the features but not enough to buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer, along with all my other appliances, under the impression LG was a solid name in the industry. Boy was I wrong, I will never ever buy another LG product in my life. It’s been a nightmare from about a month of use. It constantly displays UE and tries to “rebalance” the load, even if there is no load (I’ve tested this). I called several times to get the issue resolved only to be run through the troubleshooting list for a “quick fix.” The issue was never and has never been resolved. I literally stand in front of the washer pause it and manually restart it to get it through most loads. Again, I would avoid LG at all costs when purchasing any appliance. I am terribly unhappy with all of mine, but especially the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model in 2014 and it now stopped working from time to time. There is always "UE" error no matter how I adjusted the load. It can only work with small amout of clothes now. For a washing machine, I don't think it's reliable enough.

Always stops because it senses the load isn’t even. Too little or too much of a load signals it to stop refills the washer and attempts to re align the load! This will go on all day if you aren’t home to stop it. The worst washer I e ever owned.

Over rinsing- doesnt spin dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My machine is from 2014. It constantly is putting itself back on rinse/spin cycle at the end for no reason at all. Soggy clothes are causing color bleeding ruining items-- and they are so wet I have to ring them out by hand before I can even put them in the dryer. Really sad that I have to buy new machines this early in the game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this washer going on 8 years. preformed great till about a year ago,
It started to do extra rinses & spin cycles, over and over again, sometime going
for 2 hours or more. I notice that most reviews that deal with the same issue
started when the washer turned more or less 7 years old. Is this the life expectancy
of the machine or is just a coincidence in all these reviews.
This must also go the same the matching dryer also having issues after 7 years.
Never use my warranty or extended warranty and now all these issues occur after
7 years, and not only me, but many other of you buyers. Always love my L G products,
but not no more. Very Very Disappointed.
