It works great!

I am short and the drum is so deep that I need a step stool to get to my close at the bottom of my washer. Other than that, IT IS FABULOUS! Easy to use and has great features.
Pros: easy to use

I wouldn't recommend. Brand new and had the service man out several times. The washer was constantly throwing codes. Took hours to complete a load of clothes. LG ended up putting in all new electronic parts. This has been the worst washer I have ever owned.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use features that fit my lifestile

Bought this machine after reviewing many reviews. The cycle can be easily adapted to meet the loads needs. Especially like the spin cycle that gets 90% of water out reducing the dryer time.
Had a problem getting clothes out of bottom until I discovered that the drum can rotate.
The drum is so large that I can do in one load what I needed to split into 2 before.
Yesterday washed jeans and towels without the normal unbalance thump or reshift load buzzer. It was great! Love the machine!

Top to bottom quality

This LG washer has top to bottom quality. It is a huge improvement over my Kenmore Elite front loader.

Wife loves this washer

My wife has used this washer two years now without a single problem. Some of the features she enjoys is the self distribution of the clothes by the washer. Also it is very quite in all modes of operation. Don't know how the service people are because we have not had to meet them, but if they are as good as our LG Washer has been then I'll have no problem with them. Would buy another LG washer or other product made by LG.

Love at first wash

My previous HE machine was awful from the first wash! After 5 years it started leaking from the bottom and I just couldn't see spending any money on it. Read some reviews on this washer and decided to take a chance. So glad I did because I couldn't be happier! Clothes come out cleaner and with none of the lint the other machine deposited. Dryer time is cut in half too because water is extracted better. No wonder I received a rebate from our electric company.
