I was unsure of how great this washer would be in cleaning without a center agitator. This machine is simply amazing in getting your clothes clean with so little water. It also is very simple to operate. I can say i have great performances from all LG products that I have had.

amazingly quiet for the job it does

we have been using this washer for over a month and are impressed how quiet the washer is. It does a great job of cleaning everything we have washed and the spin cycle spins clothes so well that it has reduced the drying by @ 30%. All the options take care of all our washing needs

Balance between price and functionality

This washer takes a little getting used to. We had a regular agitator top load washer with manual controls. This product does the work for you regarding water level controls. This was bothersome at first, but you get used to it. As a note our water usage has dropped about 40%, based on 2 billing cycles since the washer was installed. (2 adult/2 older teens in home)
It also takes a while to find the cycle settings that work best for you. Once you get used to the controls, (2-3 weeks), it is pretty simple to use. We had one 'out of balance condition' on a huge load of towels, but I just restarted it and it finished ok. Also less time in the dryer as this washer nearly spins the clothes dry. Don't mix blue jeans/pants with shirts as the shirts will come out of the wash really wrinkled. overall so far so good with this washer. It just needs to last me at least 5 years.

Purchased this washer 2 months ago and I am very pleased with the performance. Takes a little getting use to without the agitator but the quality of wash, the quietness, and the features are great.

The date that appears is 11/30/2013 the actual date is 10/30/2014 the washer is excellent so far. We are now waiting for the Dryer which will be in a couple of days.

Very innovative products

Have both the washer & dryer. The washer does a great job somehow, with very little water and the back a forth motion. I like the idea of no agitater, leaves more room for clothes. Sometimes the clothes are very wet at the bottom like its not totally spining out. Dont quite know if this is normal. The dryer does a fantastic job of drying the loads in half the time of my old one. The only down fall i see at this point, is it would be nice if you could push just one cycle button for a selection instead of pushing it multiple times
