I have had it for a few months and it is doing a good job
I like the extra rinse cycle and the low spin choice as well as the delicate cycle

Washer handles blankets, small rugs, and all our clothes. Everything comes out clean. The only thing I don't care for is the locking lid, but we can tolerate it.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Excellent Washer and Amazingly Quiet

This washing machine is amazing, I have no regrets with my purchase. It is so well designed, so quiet and it does a wonderful job getting my laundry clean. My previous was a front load washer and this is so much better.
You may be surprised how little water it uses for a load but you will see that the clothes come out Clean.
The spin cycle is great because it decreases the drying time (I bought the LG dryer too) This is an amazing product at such a great price, I am really glad I purchased such a quality product

Wonderful product so easy to use

We replaced our old washer and I had no idea what I had been missing. This washer is wonderful , from the large capacity to the quiet operation. It has saved me time and money, using much less detergent and fabric softener and having the load size sensor. I can't get over how easy it is to use and what a great job it does. I have shown it to all my friends and family and offered to do their large items. I love it and don't know how I got along with the old washer for so long.

This is the first LG product I have ever bought. I Love it! It is very quiet, my laundry is clean and my water bill has gone down.

Great washer!

I checked consumer reports first and found this washer to have the best reviews ( while learning a lot about HE washers). After my purchase I found that most people were disappointed with there HE machines and either returned them or gave them away. I get to be pretty dirty at work some days so I began to become reasonably concerned. Well after several weeks I'm here to reassure you that this machine proforms great and lives up to its expectations! If you are looking for updated attractive machine at a fair market price place your money on this pony!

I liked both of them . the washer and dryer are the best that I had. The washer get my clothes clean and it does not take long for the dryer to dry my clothes.

Washes well but VERY slow

I have had this machine for just over a month now and still am not used to how slow each load takes. Despite the estimated "56 minutes" loads take close to 90 minutes - big or small.
When washing a heavy blanket it easily gets unbalanced causing the time to extend (to 2+ hours)until it rebalances or you manually rebalance it (picking up a heavily soaked blanket is very difficult from that angle!).
