This product has great features

Had the washer and matching dryer for about 2 months and have had no problems with either. The washer is super quiet and get our clothes very clean and the dryer is so quiet you forget it is running. The spin cycle on the washer gets the clothes almost dry, which saves us money since the dryer does not have to run long to finish the job. The washer washes clothes much different than regular washers, it spins occasionally with water and soap still in there with centripetal force that forces the dirt out but it also agitates often so,don't let this new way of washing worry you. The end result is very clean clothes.

Best dryer for the price.

We first bought the washer after ours broke and loved it so much we went back for the dryer. Best set we could have bought for the money. I love the touch panel and the little song it sings when the cycle is finished. It dries super fast and the cycle options are great. I wish it had a steam cycle, but I'm pretty sure the more expensive version does. I would recommend this set to anyone. Great quality at an affordable price.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

Quite, easy to use, like how the water runs thru the soap and softener dispenser, it is in the entry room next to kitchen the only thing that is loud is when the water drains. I had a whirlpool for 10 months and gotten rid of it for the LG. I get hot water. Liked the price also. The only thing is I had to get a grabber to get my socks out, cause the tub is deep. Which is no problem. Love the controls on front. Seems like my clothes are cleaner. My drying time is less. I watched the video before I bought it, that was a great idea.

Although skeptical at first, we were pleasantly surprised at the outstanding performance of this washing machine. The technology is very different from older generations of washers, but the final results are more effective. The machine is quiet, gentle and our clothes get thoroughly cleaned. We recommend this product with enthusiasm.

Not happy

Not happy with washer, it is suppose to be a big capacity washer but keep getting "UE" message for most of my loads. It is a big inconvenience to keep an eye on my loads and to re-arrange the clothes every time I get the UE error message. UE message is because it is an imbalance issue, even on light loads.
Pros: easy to use

Takes getting used to

I should really wait longer to post a review because I'm still unsure how to rate this washer. I'm giving it an average rating and will update my review later if I get more comfortable with it. We have had the washer for a little over a month. The features are great. However, it is definitely much different than I expected. It works very well on the "big and bulky" cycle meant for bedding, blankets, towels, etc. But the everyday cycles like "pure color" and "cotton/normal" - not so sure. When I first tried these cycles, the clothes did not get clean. Sometimes they did not even get wet. The water did not cover them completely. So I tried adding "soak" to the cycle. That helps, but it also adds 30 minutes so your wash cycle lasts almost 90 minutes. I have not had any problems with unbalancing unless I am careless in the way I load heavy items like rugs. I'll reserve final judgment for awhile but be aware there is definitely a learning curve with this machine.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

I like it!

I have been enjoying using my new washer but I'm finding I need to make a few adjustments in the way I wash things. It occasionally goes off balance during the spin with larger or heavier items like towels or sheets. I need to stop it and re-distribute the items. I have been experimenting with how I place items in the washer to see if that helps the problem.
