I love the features on this washing machine

This washer is easy to use; cleans my clothes better than any washer I have ever owned. I love the deep tub on the washer. My favorite feature is having the controls where they are easy to reach; on the front of the washer. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I would recommend this washer to friends and family. A neat feature on this machine is how it balances out the load. The eco/warm cycle is great for saving energy. My last machine I had to run an extra spin cycle and still had to run the dryer 2 cycles to get the clothes dry. Not with this machine, after spin cycle the clothes are just a little damp and the dryer now gets a break with 1 cycle. LG hit a home run with this product!

First Washer!

This is my first washer and I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I love how it balances each load and uses the minimal amount of water needed. It is large enough to was my queen comforters with lots of extra room. I also love that there is a flip down vent on the cover so the top can be down without getting a mildew smell in the washer.

Difficult to get a load of wash done.

We've had this for over 6 months. The "load sensor" is either overly sensitive or doesn't work. It seems impossible to put a load in that doesn't become unbalanced, resulting in more water, spinning, time; if I'm not right there when the sensor pronounces the load unbalanced, and manually override the process, the load will wash for eternity.For being top-rated by Consumer Reports, it's a very disappointing purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We really love our new washer! Our old washer was on its last leg and we were actually holding our breath until our new washer arrived. I love to hear the music at the end of the cycle letting me know it's finished.

THIS IS THE BEST WASHER WE HAVE EVER OWNED. IT'S LARGE CAPACITY CAN HANDLE KING SIZE COMFORTERS. IT IS SO QUIET, AND WE WASH LESS OFTEN BECAUSE IT CAN HANDLE VERY LARGE LOADS.

Greater load capacity than any other washer I've owned which cuts down on the number of loads. Load runs longer, but can do twice as many in one load so actually saves time AND cleans better than my other washers. With high spin speed , clothes dry in very short time, unlike my old washers. Thought I wouldn't like the front controls, actually like them . Washer is very deep which might be a problem for the vertically challenged but not an issue for me. This is the best appliance I have ever purchased, thus far.
