First Washer!

This is my first washer and I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I love how it balances each load and uses the minimal amount of water needed. It is large enough to was my queen comforters with lots of extra room. I also love that there is a flip down vent on the cover so the top can be down without getting a mildew smell in the washer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Difficult to get a load of wash done.

We've had this for over 6 months. The "load sensor" is either overly sensitive or doesn't work. It seems impossible to put a load in that doesn't become unbalanced, resulting in more water, spinning, time; if I'm not right there when the sensor pronounces the load unbalanced, and manually override the process, the load will wash for eternity.For being top-rated by Consumer Reports, it's a very disappointing purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We really love our new washer! Our old washer was on its last leg and we were actually holding our breath until our new washer arrived. I love to hear the music at the end of the cycle letting me know it's finished.

THIS IS THE BEST WASHER WE HAVE EVER OWNED. IT'S LARGE CAPACITY CAN HANDLE KING SIZE COMFORTERS. IT IS SO QUIET, AND WE WASH LESS OFTEN BECAUSE IT CAN HANDLE VERY LARGE LOADS.

Greater load capacity than any other washer I've owned which cuts down on the number of loads. Load runs longer, but can do twice as many in one load so actually saves time AND cleans better than my other washers. With high spin speed , clothes dry in very short time, unlike my old washers. Thought I wouldn't like the front controls, actually like them . Washer is very deep which might be a problem for the vertically challenged but not an issue for me. This is the best appliance I have ever purchased, thus far.

I work for a service center that does warranty work for all the major manufactures, in home appliance repair. I get asked all the time for the best or at least what do I work on less often. I recommend all of LG products for the quality and dependabilty. I bought this washer for our home and my wife loves it. Everyone please read your Use and Care manual for what your washer expects from you.

I absolutely love this washer. Was a bit skeptical at first but I'm glad I made purchase. It's very quiet and cloths come out very Clean. My drying time has decreased tremendously because they are only damp when cycle is complete. Price was also great. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking to upgrade.
