I am totally impressed with this LG top loading machine, it's quite and very efficient. There are multiple cycles to choose from or you can pretty much create your own. I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is over. Our Clothes are cleaner and we are saving money too.

Love the new washing machine. Quiet, cleans much better than the old one. Takes just a little longer to wash the clothes, but who waits by their machine anyway. Would definitely recommend to anyone neede a new washer.

I'm on my second high efficiency washer, this is my first lg. The machine is awesome. The design is amazing, the high capacity is great for big loads and especially blankets and comforters. I love all the different setting options for different kinds of loads. The warranty on the motor was very attractive to me. I love the load sensing so you don't get the unbalanced loads that make the machine go all crazy. I also like that I can see the clothes cleaning through the tempered glass on top. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend this priduct

Very Large Capacity - Saves time

I have had my new washer/dryer combo for about a month now.
This is absolutely THE best washer/dryer that I have EVER owned.
Love the large capacity - cuts down trips to the washer and the washer is quiet and cleans wonderfully! I think I am even using less liquid detergent.
I do have to use a little help to get garments off the bottom, I am only 5' 3 1/2" tall - but I use my grabber and it is all good. Should have bought this pair long , long ago.

Im shocked at the number of people who love this washer. The water does does not even cover the clothes so clothes dont get clean. Low water levels are normal for this machine.
Average wash time is 50 minutes for one load. I have to add water to each load. Such a dissappointment and waste of $$$. It sound like a jet on the spin cycle.

OK, so I am probably old enough to be your mother. That being said, I've had a few washing machines in my lifetime and have done enough laundry to get the medal of the clothesline award. Finally someone has the sense to put the controls where they are needed, up front! Remember that commercial? It's what's up front that counts! Cycles? You want cycles? There are more options for washing cycles than a racing bike. But most importantly, this washing machine will clean your clothes like a professional and it won't beat them up either. With the smart technology sensors, this machine knows more about the laundry load you are doing than you yourself! It senses how heavy the load is, as well as the amount of water needed to efficiently clean the laundry. Speaking of efficiency, this washing machine is so efficient you will notice a difference on the utility bills. Yes, I do love my R-2 and D-2 as I affectionately call them.
