Would rather use a tub and washboard

You could not give me one of these. Place I was renting had one. I ended up taking my clothes to the laundromat because the washer doesn't clean well. This is a geek machine with electronic this and electronic that. Any woman who knows what it takes to get clean laundry will want to steer clear of this machine.

As we moved this year we were looking for a new washing machine. After some extensive research we agreed on this LG. The price was perfect and the quality, well we have other LG appliances and it speaks for itself. The boys really like the glass lid they think it's cool to watch the cloths washing. My favorite feature is the ease of use and my Husband really likes the friendly tune that is played when the laundry if finished rather than a plan old buzzer.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Great Washer Clothes come out clean every time. Easy to use. The only down fall is that some of the load settings take more time to complete than I would like.

Great Machine

I only have this machine a few months. I had to get rid of my front loader because my clothes smelled every time I did a wash. Now with this machine, my clothes are beautiful and most importantly they do not smell musty. I love the jingle it plays when its done. The only set back is when the machine goes off balance it seems to add more water than it should to rebalance and I think its a waste of water. You just have to make sure your balance is good.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Using this washer for the past few weeks, I have found the clothes to smell fresher. Plus, I am able to wash large loads with very good results. I am learning how to customize loads to meet specific needs, and I think this washer is going to perform well in the long term. The style of the washer, with the buttons in the front, is perfect because I have my washer and dryer in a laundry closet. I can reach and see the buttons so much better than on my former washer.

This is a great machine. As a family of 6 I like the high capacity. We joke that watching the wash through the window in the lid is better than TV. The washer has lots of settings to meet all your needs and does a good job cleaning the clothes. The only thing I would change is having 2 laundry soap dispensers as I like to use liquid soap along with oxyclean powder. I just put the powder in the bottom of the machine before loading the clothes. It works just fine. I also know that LG has great customer service as they repaired my frig damaged during hurricane SANDI. I love this company!
