This machine is very easy to use.

The best feature is the ease of use. I was intimidated with the number of selections available but found that you only have to select one cycle and then the spin speed, water temperature and soil level are preset for you. Also the spin speed get clothes nearly dry so that everything dries on low heat and energy efficient cycle. Great machine.

So far I love my new washer. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is so deep and it's hard for me to get
the last of my wash (such as socks and small items) out
because I'm only 5'4" and have don't have long arms.

I absolutely "Love" my LG washer. I was impressed with the design and the functions when I seen it after searching. I know I could have not have made a better choice. I brag about how clean and fresh my clothes be so much; that my brother went and purchased his own. I recommend any one looking for a top of the line washing machine to choose LG. I promise you will not be disappointed. I have owned several different brands and LG deserves more than 5 Stars.

Superb after 6 weeks

Read. Follow instructions and the negative reviews will not materialize. I have not had an unbalanced load although given enough time one might occur. Every aspect of this machine lives up to all the positive reviews and Consumer Reports top rating. Only caution is to make sure drain hose is long enough as it was not as long as scaled in the detailed pic of machine. Mine barely reached the drain and I had to redo a kink left by installers.

so far so good. cleans cloths well, uses less water, and cloths pretty dry when done so don't need to run dryer as long.

This is my first of the new type top loader, without the agitator and I LOVE it!!! I really needed to be able to wash my big quilts and blankets at home and now I can. I love all the features to fit all of my needs. Completely happy with this product! Highly recommended!

It is amazing that the clothes come out so clean & fresh using so little water. The mechanics are so quiet that the swishing water is louder than high speed spin. If you are used to the older standard washer, it takes a little getting used to the long cycles. Most are between an hour to 1.5 hrs. My main complaint is that you are not supposed to wash anything water resistant or water repellent in it, which for us would be most of our outerwear. For families with young children or those with aging parents, it would include water proof mattress pads etc. I feel LG needs to address/correct this.
