Do not like that the clothes get tangled up after spinning due to the lack of drum column. That absence of the column was attractive to me initially because it does increase the load capacity. I do love that I have saved a lot on detergent and water.

I absolutely love my new washer. It is quiet, does a fantastic job in cleaning my clothes and you have so many choices for your different types of clothes. I love the idea that it is an HE machine. I try to save energy any where I can so this fits in with my beliefs and with the water problems here in California, this is terrific. I also love the music when the wash is finished.

Amazing options

I love all the selections that this washer has available. I love how quiet it is, the glass lid, the LARGE capacity it can hold, and how easy it is to understand. We have ruined so many comforters in the traditional style washers and when we brought this one home, the first thing we washed was our heavy king size comforter and it survived with no problems. LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!

Love both washer and dryer

I was concerned as I read many reviews on a number of websites and almost did not purchase as a result. Many reported it would go off balance and they were off balance. Never did that happen even once. I stressed my concern when it was installed and the gentleman said he has not had a problem with anyone. I love everything about it. It is a little deep as I am short but love the fact I can do large items, such as comforters. LG is at the top of my list now, I feel confident with their products. The dryer is great too.

Can you be in love with an appliance?

This washer is really a beautiful machine. Sleek and easy to use controls. Great features, an amazing motor warranty, and energy efficiency. I love the water sensing ability and how dry the clothes come out after the spin cycle. I haven't bought a new washer in 14 years and there have been a lot of improvements. LG nailed them. There were a few reviews that buyers stated they had unbalanced loads or other error codes. These must be user/setup errors because we have had the washer for about 6 weeks now and no issues. I have to force myself to wait until we have enough clothes to warrant a load...I want to use it all the time.

constantly gets uneven load and stops

I hate this machine. It will not wash smaller loads. It gets an uneven load, then stops without any beep or notification. It also takes FOREVER to do a load of clothes. Worst appliance I've ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this washer. Have not had any problems at all. Very quiet. Easy to use. Washed all the pillows in the house and they came out with no lumps unlike old agitator washer. Never out of balance. Would highly recommend.
