I was impressed by the number of different features this washer had. And it is easy to use, my eight year old can do it! It takes longer then my extremely old washer did but I like the less water usage and large capacity. It actually takes less time and less loads then the old one.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

my wife does the laundry and is very pleased with this machine. We purchased in June 2014 with the LG dryer and put it right to work, no problems thus far.

This washer is top rated in Consumer Reports and lives up to its billing. It is very easy to use, cleans very well and uses less energy and water than the unit it replaced. I am very happy with this purchase.

Can't get over the missing agitater in the tub which allows for larger loads and improved performance. The direct drive technology works great; very quiet and the quality of the wash is very noticeable.

We like this washer because it saves water, detergent and cleans great. On the down side, the cycle takes much longer than our old regular efficiency washer. The features are cool and its very quiet.
