I love the soak feature

I've only had this washer for a few months so can't really comment on its longevity, but so far I really like it. The only problem I've had with it is I'm short (5'2") and I have trouble getting to the bottom of the tub. I love the soak feature and it seems to be gentle on clothing and really great at cleaning.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

Works awesome. Just remember not to add to much detergent. Quiet , and saves water and power. Highly recommend . Clothes come out softer and there is ALOT less long in the dryer trap which means your clothes are not breaking down

Nice for washing lots at one time

Love that this washer is big enough for a king size comforter. Have had about 2 months. I don't like the fact that the normal cycle takes over an hour to wash. Also some of the cycles will not let you adjust water temperature, and other settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this machine. It is so quiet. Features in this machine are great. And the nice sound you hear when it it finished washing. No more loud buzzer.

Have had only 1 month. Quiet. Less vibration than previous machines. Need to be careful not to use too much soap. Options for many situations.

My wife is very, very, happy with this washer. The clothes come out so much cleaner and smell a lot better. When shopping for a new washer we knew we wanted an HE without the center agitator. After much research we found that the LG had the best rating and suited our needs. I actually started washing the clean clothes to get the smell out of them. Our old washer actually made our clothes have a strange odor to them. Our LG has great looks and I really like the glass top so I can watch the motor run through the load sensing feature. Since I am an industrial electrician, I work with frequency and DC drives. I completely understand what is going on when it is "load sensing". A 10 year motor warranty is a great benefit too!!
