We've had this washer and companion dryer for about 6 weeks. There isn't anything I can find that I would change on this. Though it is a 4.3 Cu washer, it can be challenging for someone about 5' tall or shorter to reach clothes at the bottom of the drum. Otherwise, we are totally pleased with the product.
We've had the washer for 6 weeks, and I am very happy with the capacity and way it cleans clothing. Be aware that there is a 1 to 3 minute "pause" after you complete a washing cycle for the engine to cool down before you can start the next load. (I called repair on the phone and they did their over-the-phone check, and it was fine.) Would definitely buy it again..
I never thought I'd be entertained by watching a washing machine work, but my new LG is simply amazing! I'm surprised by the excellent cleaning, abundant features, and extra capacity this product offers. The energy efficiency and the wonder of peering through the glass top trying to figure out how it does such a good job, are added bonuses to owning this washer. Once it was leveled correctly, it has been a pleasure to use. Laundry day is no longer a burden as it was before I got this washer- now it's a time for smiles.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
We have had this washer for several months now. It is very quiet and gets all the different types of clothes very clean. The high speed spin cycle helps to reduce the drying time which saves in electricity costs.
This washer is pretty nice. We had limited space to fit a washer down our basement stairs. The only one that would fit was an agitator free type. It does a pretty good job at cleaning. Some gym clothes did have a little bit of smell left to them. There are many washing features so it just takes a little time to figure out which ones work the best for you. I recommend towels, jeans and anything dirtier go on the "bulky" cycle since it adds more water. Otherwise it does a good job with general cleaning, spins out a lot of water so the clothes are pretty dry by the end of the cycle. This machine is very quiet and has anti-vibration technology. I have a very uneven basement floor and it states put nicely with it's adjustable rubber feet. The carry handles are also a nice feature for moving it.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
The sales people were very knowledgeable and explained all the features thoroughly. We needed the top load washer because the front load washer wouldn't fit our space. The tub is a little deep to reach into, but ok. It cleans good and uses a minimal amount of water. Features are great and easy to figure out and use.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
It's been 20 years since we've had a new washer and I have to say I love this one. First of all, it is a perfect fit into the closet where the washer and dryer are. Next, it is easy to use with lots of cycles and choices, but if need be, I can custom set it. Lastly, it does a terrific job cleaning my laundry, from the most delicate items to blankets and dog beds. I highly recommend this top loading washer.
