Great machine for the price

It is amazing how much technology has changed since I last bought a washer in 1999. This machine determines just how much water it needs to wash the clothes, does a great job of washing and is easy on the clothes. I notice much less lint in the lint trap for the dryer as a result. The clothes come out of the washer almost dry, so the drying time is much shorter than my previous machine.

When checking this out before we purchased, we read the reviews and we were concerned with the odd bad review - but we sure have been surprised. What a great washer for the price. No Out of Balance problems, clothes come out clean, runs no more the 50-60 mins per wash, very efficient with water - what else can I say. Make sure you level the machine and use the right laundry products.

This model has a manufacturing default; major leak

This very hadsome model leaked the first time I used it; I had it replaced (which took some weeks) with the same model.
The replacement also showed the same problem and had to be returned.
Avoid it.

We have never experienced clothes as clean as what we have found with this new washer. The capacity is awesome and the efficiency is incredible. We have measured decrease in water consumption and electrical usage since we have installed this washer, and are much more happy with the results. We love the capacity and the ease of operation.

Excellent quality and performance.
Water saver is hard to believe when watching it operate.
Spin cycle gets the clothes dryer than any product we've seen, thus cutting down on time in the dryer.
Competitive pricing for all the features it has.
A "NEED TO LOOK AT" product if you are in the market for a new washer.

I did have to change the way I wash things, using different detergents, and softeners. Had to make sure everything was HE. The only problem that I have with this machine is that I am short and cannot reach the bottom to remove the clothes. I use a kitchen tool that can grab the clothes. The clothes dry much faster since they are hardly wet when they come from the final spin.
