I was a little worried about the way this washer worked. I have always had an agitator and was used to one. Since this one doesn't have one I thought, there is no way my clothes will be clean. But, they are! My husband brings home greasy, dirty clothes and they come out clean. Love it.

this HE washer is so cool. my wife and i were washing in our old washer every other day with this every 4days. the washer runs so smooth that i would go check to make sure it was running. i will chechout lg products on every thing we need

I have had this washer & matching dryer for about 2 months now & I just love them, they both do a through job & doe's it quietly, much better than my previous equipment.

After 18 years it was time to buy a new washer. I read the reviews of this washer and decided it had all of the features I was looking for and more. I was not disappointed. The capacity of the tub allows me to wash bigger loads than my old washer, and my clothes are cleaner. The efficiency of this washer allows for less drying time since it just about spins all of the water out of the load. The variety of cycles to choose from has everything I need. There is a bit of reach to bend over and get everything from the bottom of the tub and I'm not a short person (5'6"), but I have no complaints. I love the little tune it plays at the end to let me know the cycle is done. Also the footprint of this washer is smaller than the old dinosaur I had previously owned.

I bought this washer as a replacement for a front-loading washer. This washer is such an improvement over the front-loader. Has worked well, and had no issues.

Love my LG

Washer is quiet, easy to operate, and my clothes are clean. Especially my towels are softer now, even with no softener added. I like the modern look and the controls on the front. The only thing I wish was different, is the end of cycle alarm is so soft it can't be heard if there is any other noise, eg TV. I solved that by getting an inexpensive baby monitor and placing the control in my great room. Wish there was a volume adjustment on the dryer to make it louder.
