Excellent washer!

I have only had this washer for 1 day, I will review it again in a few months, and then again in 1 year, but I like to get my initial opinion out there. This washer is just awesome! I am the mother of 2 toddlers, who like very much to make large messes. Large messes mean lots of laundry for me. I was doing anywhere between 3 and 6 loads of laundry each day. I was able to get twice the normal amount of laundry into the washer without overloading it last night! There is no agitator, so that means I won't have to fight to get strings on clothes out from under the agitator ribs, and my blankets will no longer be ripped when I pull them out. I am 5'2, and some people said they had a problem reaching the bottom of the washer, I have no problem getting socks out, and my arms are relatively short as well. I did have to get on my tip toes to get them, but I wasn't uncomfortable, nor was I in any danger of falling in ( I think I may actually fit in there though!) I was able to get 10 oversized bath sheets into the washer along with a king sized flat sheet. My old 3.6 cf washer would hold 6 towels max, and that was on a super load. Someone also mentioned that the clothes on top aren't fully submerged. I watched the washer last night as it ran through its first cycle, and I was worried at first when I saw the clothes really weren't fully submerged. BUT!: they clothes do get moved around, the washer started this weird sucking pumping action and the clothes moved toward the middle and downward, like food in a food processor. By the end of the cycle, everything had been under water and swished around quite a bit. The machine is incredibly quiet, and the spin cycle gets out most of the water. The clothes were barely damp when I pulled them out. The washer does also give you an estimated time frame of when it will be done, and I like that feature as well. Again, this is only my first day of having the washer, and I will review again after 3 or so months, and again in 1 year. If it continues to work as it did last night, I am extremely impressed.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I bought this washer a few months ago and I love the large deep tub for washing bedding especially King size comforters and sheets.Great washer. Quiet during all cycles with easy touch controls. Take a few minutes to read the owner manual and you're in business. We are very impressed with the washing machine.

I love that this washer uses little soap and water and still gets my clothes really clean. It's quiet and also looks nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes a load of laundry takes forever. It will auto balance itself which is nice, but this adds extra time to a load of laundry. I wish it would signal that the load is unbalanced to give me the chance to manually do it, instead of adding water and reagitating to balance the load. Other than that, i'm very happy with this product.
Too many bells and whistles. All I want to do is get my laundry done in a "reasonable" amount of time. My loads are average and our water pressure is better than average. Machine has to sense the laundry weight to determine the water level. Takes forever to fill the tub.Water barely cover the clothes it Agitation is slow. Wash cycles are set and you cant change them. The manual says part of the time is a mandatory soak in each cycle. That's too much wasted time, water and is not energy efficient. Washer and dryer ( just as bad, Takes forever to dry) are going back.
We went to one store and they said it was no good and it would walk all over you room. Went to another and they said it was great. Looked it up in consumer report and it was BEST buy. We got it and its never move at all. It takes a litlle bit of getting used to its little noises that it makes, but they are not loud, just different from what we are used to. We would buy it again. Our laundry is so much cleaner and softer.
This is the first Smart Drum, agitator less washer we have owned. It has worked fine since we purchased it and the wash has come out clean on each use with no need to rewash any items. Easy to program loads, quiet and efficient use of water. We are very impressed with this washer.
