Warranty replacement.

This was a warranty replacement that my wife liked over the original brand. I was hesitant about it's reviews. So far I have to agree with many of them as I love the function selectivity and especially the auto balance feature. I don't care how long the cycle takes as long as the clothes are clean and ready for the dryer or clothesline.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings

I was kind of hesitant to buy a washer that did not have a normal agitator, but the great selections that you have to wash with sold me. It does a great job cleaning the clothes, and its quiet. I am very happy with the washer an am glad I bought it.

Love my LG

Washer is quiet, easy to operate, and my clothes are clean. Especially my towels are softer now, even with no softener added. I like the modern look and the controls on the front. The only thing I wish was different, is the end of cycle alarm is so soft it can't be heard if there is any other noise, eg TV. I solved that by getting an inexpensive baby monitor and placing the control in my great room. Wish there was a volume adjustment on the dryer to make it louder.

We could not be more pleased with the machine. It is amazing! Some of the features we love are: capacity, quiet operation, ease of use. My wife has M.S. Having the control panel on the front of the machine makes perfect sense.
The price for the unit was a great value too.
LG has hit a home run with this one.

Very good washing machine

I bought this washer as a replacement for a front-loading washer. This washer is such an improvement over the front-loader. Has worked well, and had no issues.
