Quality, but could improve features

great load capacity

The only thing I can complain about with this product is that I am too short to easily reach to the bottom of the large capacity drum. It is not a problem with the machine or the design, it is my height. Placing a short step stool by the machine would be a benefit to a short person.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, water usage, quietness of machine

Wouldn't buy again

I don't like that a load takes so long, usually an hour or more and all it seems to do is twist and turn with numerous pauses. I also want an option to add more water. We've always been told not to overload a washer because the clothes need room to move around freely. This washer barely covers the clothes and they mostly just rub together. I now just wash everything in the "bulky" mode so I can have more water. It is definitely not energy efficient when I have to use a high water cycle and run an hour of electricity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel that this product does not get my clothes clean . My white clothes look dirty even thought I just washed them.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very gentle wash, I love being able to wash "hand wash only" items, bras, swimsuits, etc w no worries. Great washer, water saver too :)

Excited about our new washer

Cleans really well and quietly. Our only complaint is that we haven't had luck washing pillows and waterproof covers (in fact there is a warning against it). That is a pain with a small child, but everything else about the machine nearly makes up for it. Better than any other set we've ever owned, including our front loads!
