Perfect washer for our needs.

This washing machine has pleasantly surprised me. I used to have a front load washer but started having numerous problems with it that were going to end up being very expensive to repair. I had been considering a new washing machine for a couple years and happened to come across this one. I liked almost everything about it. The push button features are easy to use, it is so quiet I'm not able to hear it running just one room away. (a complete difference from my front load). The music when you power it on and when the cycle is complete is really cute. The best part about this washer is that my clothes are actually getting cleaner than they were before and I use the same brand of laundry detergent that I have used since I switched to the HE washers so I know that is not the reason. I have 4 children so I do a lot of laundry and have even noticed a difference on the power bill because I am not needing to run the dryer as long since the washer spins the clothes to almost dry.
My 6 year old loves to watch the clothes washing through the clear top and listens for the music to let me know the cycle is done.
The only issue that I have with this washer and it's a very small issue. It is very hard for me to get down to the bottom of the tub because it is so deep. My children want to help too but they cannot reach. This is something we are working around and wouldn't trade this washing machine for anything. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for cleaner clothes, less energy use, and a quieter washing experience.

I have had my new washer for about one month. What a great find. Since our laundry room is in the center of the house, this unit is so quiet it doesn't disturb anyone. The ease of selecting cycles, temperatures and levels is amazing. Using the standard spin cycle, I have cut my drying time in half. The clothes come out clean, even using only one rinse cycle. The only downside is that the tub is truly deep, but I can still reach the bottom to remove even small items.

I have had this washer for a little over a month and I love everything about it. It's quiet, the clothes come out really clean, the features are awesome and the music it makes is adorable. Love, love, love it. As previously mentioned by others, the tub is really deep and makes getting the last items out a little difficult but I've managed to figure out a way to do it. Would highly recommend this washer. It's a gem.

Large tub that a short person cannot reach bottom!

Washer goes off balance and spin cycle shuts off . Have to wash towels only, cannot add one towel to a load of clothes. Very temperamental machine. I am 5'3 and cannot reach bottom of tub to get clothes out.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets my clothes really clean! It's super quiet. I guess I'll actually have to read the instructions to find out how to turn on the "end of cycle" tone. Everything else was a breeze to figure out.

I love this washer! Plus not to mention it was very affordable. I love the fact you don't have to use hardly any stain remover. Which we were using a lot with a 7 month old. Highly recommend!!

So far this product has been what I was looking for in a washing machine. Runs very quietly and the clothes almost don't need a clothes dryer after the wash has finished.
