Product has lot of features and is easy to use

It is very important to READ the manual BEFORE using the machine. Our old washer was mechanical. We were a bit hesitant to upgrade to a newer type of machine but are glad we did. Overall size of the machine is good. We live in a older mobile home so the washer had to fit through the door and into the space we had. The tub is deep, deeper than the old machine. I do have to really stretch to get items like socks on the bottom out when I'm unloading (I'm 5'6"). We have had this machine 6 weeks and have done about 20 loads of clothes or bedding since it arrived. There is no center agitator but laundry should be loaded like there is one.The control panel is easy to see and reach. It has more cycles and rinse settings than we'll ever need. It is easy to change cycles or pause the machine to add stuff to the load if you miss something. The cycles are longer due to the load balancing feature but that's okay because the machine hasn't gone out of balance and danced across the floor like the old one did. I haven't used the softener or bleach ports yet so I don't know how they work. I use pods. The machine is quiet and the clothes come out clean and much dryer than they used to so the dryer runs less.We purchased new hoses and a 3 year extra warranty just in case. Since we read the manual and are following the instructions, we expect to have a long and productive relationship with our new washer.
We've given it 5's across the board. We would purchase one again. We love it!

This new design washer is excellent. It has multiple options to match my washing needs. It is efficient and my clothing is gently cared for rather than being abused or stretched as in previous washers. It runs quietly. I love it.

I read both good and bad reviews before purchasing my washer. I also spoke to people I knew who loved and hated their washer. I bought mine in July and I have nothing bad to say at all. I read that they don't clean clothes that are really soiled but I have been able to clean everything I've wanted to clean. it is a solid product that is modestly priced.

I've had this washer since April and I have not been disappointed even one time! It is so quiet that I don't even know it's running and when it is finished with a load, I love the little tune it plays. The clothes come out perfectly and with the many wash and spin options available, it would be impossible not to like it.
