This new design washer is excellent. It has multiple options to match my washing needs. It is efficient and my clothing is gently cared for rather than being abused or stretched as in previous washers. It runs quietly. I love it.

I read both good and bad reviews before purchasing my washer. I also spoke to people I knew who loved and hated their washer. I bought mine in July and I have nothing bad to say at all. I read that they don't clean clothes that are really soiled but I have been able to clean everything I've wanted to clean. it is a solid product that is modestly priced.

I've had this washer since April and I have not been disappointed even one time! It is so quiet that I don't even know it's running and when it is finished with a load, I love the little tune it plays. The clothes come out perfectly and with the many wash and spin options available, it would be impossible not to like it.

Have only had this unit for about 2 months but have washed many loads of clothes, towels, blankets and linens and am very satisfied with the results. I like the fact that it takes less detergent and water and they are so, so, so, quiet...barely know they're on which is quite a change from our last set from Maytag that sounded like a 747 landing nearby.

Love the washer

My husband thought we should get a new high efficiency washer after our old one stopped working. I wasn't exactly sold on it since there was no agitator! However, after it was installed and I learned what all the buttons were for I began to love it. It is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning without beating the cloths to rags. I am amazed at how efficient it is and what little resources it uses and the cleaning is fantastic. This was highly recommended by Consumers Report.
