My wife love all the features that this washing machine has. If my wife is happy I'am happy.

Incredible balance and spin speeds

This washer blows away our prior high end front load washer. It balances for the spin cycle with minimal effort in arranging clothes before starting the load--which leads to shorter overall cycle times (since it doesn't have to refill & try to balance itself) and less time in the dryer.
As a former appliance salesperson, I know that many shoppers for a new washer are concerned about low water levels in high efficiency top load washers. In the "normal" cycle, this washer definitely covers the clothes with water. Many brands on the market today do not.

I like this washer because of all of the different options that are available to fit my laundry needs. My granddaughter loves how on some settings, it flips the load like a pancake and is visible through the top of the washer where you load things into it. The downsides are you cannot wash anything that is water resistant, however the massive savings on our water bill and the quietness of the machine is totally worth while. Overall I recommend it to everyone I know. One last additional point I love is that you can wash an extra large load with no problem and it will come completely clean!!

So many settings, cleans great, no problems since we bought it. Love that it does not use more water then it has to. And I can fit my King size comforter with ease :)

Pretty Disappointed

We bought this after my washer I had for ten years started leaking at random times. Tried to be good and go energy efficient but this machine just doesn't seem to clean the clothes, they come out stained and just dingy and dirty. I read the manual and have tried the extra rinse which only makes the extremely long cycle time longer. It helps some but just isn't that great. I'm just really bummed that I paid this much for a washing machine that is no where near as good as my old school machine was. Then to top it off you cannot wash water proof or resistant products. So no mattress pad for my toddler??? You are not allowed to wash bath mats or kitchen mats either... just disappointed! The dryer however is fantastic!

I wanted a quality washer at a reasonable price. Well I really picked the right one. Nice looking. So easy to use and understand.Quiet. Takes a nice big load and let's you know when it's finished.

Best washer I've had in a long time

Just got rid of my front load washer...which I hated..stayed off balance all the time. I wanted to go with a top loader and with my salesman and the consumer reports on this washer, I was impressed. I've had the washer a little over a month and have no complaints. The only thing I don't like is the end of cycle warning....it's not loud enough, so I sometimes don't know when the wash is through.
I love that I can wash a set of rugs without it getting out of balance.
