I absolutely love this washing machine. I am not a big fan of front loaders so we looked around and did our research. I am so pleased with this washing machine. I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews but obviously those people were doing something wrong. This machine cleans so well even without an aggitator. It is also so quiet no one knows when it is turned on. I love the different options for cycles and it cleans itself!! I highly recommend!

Great Washer! Simple to use and does a good job

We had another product from an LG competitor. After several issues with it, we researched about other brands and narrowed down on LG. It was mainly for high quality, value for money. We have been using the Washer for the last 1 month or so and have been satisfied with it. Its easy to use and does its job.
Cannot help looking at the washing cycle through the transparent top -:)

love this machine, cleaning is incredible
tub is very deep and may be difficult to reach the bottom for shorter people (my wife)
very quiet
was a little disappointed in my first LG front loader
the motor burned out less than 30days after the 7 year warranty expired, this machine has a10 year motor warranty, thats an acceptable life cycly
the up front controls are terrific , I'm surprised
somebody didn't of it sooner, but I'm glad LG did

Easy learning curve!

If you had a front loader then there will be a slight learning curve (3 or 4 loads). I learned right away that you don't put something small and heavy with something large and fluffy. I read a few reviews where others can't get past the water level, it won't cover the load all the way. I don't know about their machine but mine does a great job of pulling my clothes under and mixing them around (the load comes out very clean). Just use the right cycle for your specific load and the washer does the rest.

The technological features of the washer are so easy to use. The washer itself is so very efficient and quiet. You hardly know it's on and the results are a perfect clean wash.

One Happy Customer!!

My wife is very, very, happy with this washer. The clothes come out so much cleaner and smell a lot better. When shopping for a new washer we knew we wanted an HE without the center agitator. After much research we found that the LG had the best rating and suited our needs. I actually started washing the clean clothes to get the smell out of them. Our old washer actually made our clothes have a strange odor to them. Our LG has great looks and I really like the glass top so I can watch the motor run through the load sensing feature. Since I am an industrial electrician, I work with frequency and DC drives. I completely understand what is going on when it is "load sensing". A 10 year motor warranty is a great benefit too!!
