Better than expected

We liked this machine because of the capacity of the wash tub. Now that we have had it for about a month, there are more features that we find very helpful. This is our first LG appliance, and we would not hesitate to purchase this brand in the future.

A great washing machine!

We have had our WT1101CW for a little over a month now and it works wonderfully. It is quiet, has large capacity, and many selectable cycles and options. So far, no problems at all. We hope it lasts for many years.

Amazing machine

This is my first HE washer. Its nice and with a very large inside that can fit a LOT--in fact, twice as much as the old one we had, though with the same external measurement. I am very amazed how it works so quietly and gets the clothes to come out so clean and practically free of lints. Its like magic, I have no clue how it manage to do such an excellent job with no agitator in the middle. The spin cycle is excellent, making dryer time a lot shorter than usual. And it even play a cute little song once the wash is complete, which made me laugh the first time I heard it. All in all, I am pleased with the product.

Dryer works great. Couldn't find the manual online though for this model. Would like to have it on my computer in case I need to look up a code, etc.

Amazing technology in a washing machine

The technology in this machine allows it to assess the load and it determines the water level needed. Very efficient, easy to use, and very nice in appearance. Top front controls make it easy to operate. I had no idea how far washer technology had advanced since I last purchased on 15 years ago.

So far, this machine is doing its job well. I've run bedding, whites, casuals, towels, and even the cover material for an IKEA chair.
I read complaints about not enough water going in, but, I followed the instructions after it was installed, and it runs like a top.
I am used to a front loader, and this is a tad bit noisier than I expected. But, it is still quieter than the standard agitator type top loader.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
