Very Happy!

I purchased this washer a few months back and have been very pleased with its performance. I save $ in so many ways. From the He soap and softener to exact water usage, this machine is paying for itself. It's very quiet and wrings clothes out quite well so drying time is minimized. I have an active 13 year old boy and cleaning his clothes is as easy if not easier than any machine I've had. I highly recommend this model.

Many times I just drop the clothes in and push the buttons, I do very big loads and the bulk wash sometimes , I really like the short wash, I would recommend this washer

Malfunctioned after 5 months

I purchased this washer in April 2014. I loved it up until a couple of days ago. It's got a large capacity, seems to wash clothes thoroughly. Needs to be cleaned regularly or it will start to smell musty and like mildew. BUT, my biggest complaint is that I have had the washer less than 6 months and I've already gotten an error requiring service. When the repairmen were out to fix the problem, they informed me that it needs a new electronic board. Thankfully the washer is still under warranty, though now I am concerned that further issues will arise. I have an LG dryer as well that I'm still happy with, but I'd be leery about recommending this washer now.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer works great and I am happy to have a machine that will wash my king size bedspread without any problem. I do have to sometimes use a step stool to retrieve small items at the bottom of the tub because the tub is deep but I knew that detail when I bought it so I'm ok with that.

We love our new washer. It's quiet, uses less water and does a fabulous job on our clothes. Wasn't convinced on a LG product but we're glad we did!

What's not to like!

This washer has it all! Just love it. Quiet, so many settings to choose from, and wash comes out clean and fresh smelling. Just love it :)
It does have a deep barrel, but oh well, stretching is good for me, lol.
I leave a well in the middle like it had a wringer, and it fills with plenty of water.

Large capacity gets my clothes really clean!

I was looking for a top-load as reviews of front-load seems to suggest that stale water smells are hard to get rid of. I was skeptical that an agitatorless top-load wouldn't get my clothes as clean as I was accustomed to, but I was wrong! My clothes and linens are fresher, brighter, and really clean!
