Pros: Quiet, large capacity, cleans really well, tub rinse feature prevents odors and keeps the drum really clean.
Cons: You need to carefully place the clothes around the inside of the drum when loading to prevent it from being off balance--a minor inconvience that takes an extra one to two minutes.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I went from a front loader that had alot of issues back to a top loader and chose this washer after a lot researching and reading the reviews. I really like all the features this washer has. I can see how it would be hard for a shorter person to reach the bottom of the tub with the controls on the front, but they have the other model with the controls on the back. Highly recommend!
Love it. Much better than any other washer we have owned previously. The depth of the tub was feared to be a concern when we selected this product, and that has proven to be a little bit of an issue for reaching the bottom to remove clothes. Otherwise, an excellent product!
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
This washer overall is a great washer. Only two things I would caution: make sure it is balanced or else it is the noisiest washer ever. Also, the door latch on mine every now and then will not lock and I get an error code for DL...but it happens so infrequently I do not think I can even call in and ask about it because there may be nothing they can do and worth coming out to look at! I just turn it off, then back on, and it works! All in all, it works very well and is easy to use in terms of washing clothes.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I finally had to bite the bullet and buy another washer. I am very happy with the new washer. It is easy to load and operate. Like the weight adjustment feature and not having an agitator in the center of the tub. Highly recommend.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I purchased this washer 6 weeks ago. On average, I've used it about 3 times a week. I am so impressed with this machine! Not one minute of trouble and all advertised features (and more) work beautifully. I would highly recommend purchasing this machine to anyone in the market.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I love this washer. It is the first one I've had without an agitator, and I am SO impressed at how well it cleans the clothes. I saw a noticable difference in how much whiter my white laundry turned out.
I like how it sets the correct water level---we have had it for a little over a month, and though our water usage remained about the same, our water bill dropped several dollars on the last statement.
Being able to wash queen size bedding or several pairs of jeans and other dark items at one time is a huge bonus for me.
I am 5' 6" tall and do have to stand on my tiptoes a bit to retrieve small items from the bottom of the tub, but the features of this machine are so great, I would use a "grabber" or footstool if I was much shorter.
My only suggestion is that LG clarify the instruction booklet a bit by stating that the load-leveling process makes the tub spin without adding water. My husband and I at first thought something was wrong with the washer because the tub started to spin and no water came out.
I love this washer and highly recommend it.
