Love it!

This was replacement for an 18 yr. old machine. Clothes are so much cleaner, capacity so much larger and so quiet. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have always used a front loader, but was intrigued by this washer. Did some research & decided to buy it. I love the unit. It is quiet, stable during spins, & large enough for any of my washes. At first I wasn't happy with the seemly long cycles. However, I found that the clothes were really clean & as a bonus, they came out so dry that it cut my dryer time nearly in half.

the look, the perfomance,.....for one the washer has no middle column which provides more space for my clothes. Second the fact that u dont select size was a bit unsettling till u see the machine at work, how it spins and determines ur load. Just perfect. and not to mention the detergents, bleach and softener pallets. its a wondefully thought product and in fact i saw my electric bill drop off comapared to my past products. It takeas a bit longer than usual to wash but its a house product...i dont need the pronto detail!! lol, and for once i can stand back and just enjoy the ochestra throw the glass pane

Best Washer I've ever owned

This 4.3 cu ft. top load HE washer is the best I've ever owned, and is ideal for my family. The kids can fit a week's laundry in one load when they don't want to take time to sort. I like the overall efficiency for small and large loads, and the variety of pre-set options. I read some complaints by others on-line about tendency of this Smart Drum washer to go off balance, but we closely read and follow the manufacturer instructions and have not a any problems or load sensing delays. And the unique lid design with front control panel is perfect for fitting this large capacity washer under overhead cabinetry. I thought the price was a bit expensive, but now consider this machine well worth it. Thanks LG!

Love my new washer!

I love the fact that the controls are in the front so even my children can help with laundry! Our clothes are clean and it's so quiet that I forget I'm doing laundry. Our old front loader (another company) sounded like a rocket getting ready to take off! I'm glad we went with the LG.

I have thoroughly enjoyed our new washer! It is so easy to use, I love the many cycle choices and especially electricity and water savings! It also has a nice design. Love it!!!! Life is Good....

My wife and I really love this washer. It does a great job with our clothing and is very quiet to boot. We love all of the various options and settings. Had to review the manual of course. It did things we didn't originally know about. All good.
