First Washer!

This is my first washer and I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I love how it balances each load and uses the minimal amount of water needed. It is large enough to was my queen comforters with lots of extra room. I also love that there is a flip down vent on the cover so the top can be down without getting a mildew smell in the washer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I would recommend this washer to friends and family. A neat feature on this machine is how it balances out the load. The eco/warm cycle is great for saving energy. My last machine I had to run an extra spin cycle and still had to run the dryer 2 cycles to get the clothes dry. Not with this machine, after spin cycle the clothes are just a little damp and the dryer now gets a break with 1 cycle. LG hit a home run with this product!

This washer is easy to use; cleans my clothes better than any washer I have ever owned. I love the deep tub on the washer. My favorite feature is having the controls where they are easy to reach; on the front of the washer. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The Best Washer I've Ever Owned

I have been highly impressed with this washing machine since the day it was installed. In the past, I had to take extra steps with using pre-wash products to ensure that every clothing stain was treated before washing. That is a thing of the past with my LG washer. It not only cleans beautifully but it is highly efficient because of all the available wash, rinse and spin cycles.
I have also been highly impressed with the after-sale support and helpful hints that LG has provided. And, I know that LG is there should I have any questions or issues that may arise.

I like how it balances each load. It does vibrate a lot. Washing a single item is a problem. They become tangled.

I love everything about this washer, the look/design, performance and price with one exception. Some settings do not allow you to change the water temp.
That takes some getting used to but overall I would highly recommend this product!

When I found that I had to replace my wonderful front load he machine, I was very unhappy. Then I began to shop in our local appliance stores for a new front load and discovered the top load with all the features I was looking for. I am so excited and really love this "little" honey even more that the one it replaced...there had to be a reason to meet lg and this product...now it's all "O.K." Just delighted and it is so attractive and a giant step into the 21st Century. I didn't know anything about LG...Boy now I do!! ..and I keep finding more to love each day!
