I decided to splurge this year and buy me a new washer. Well I made an excellent choice . I love this washer. My clothes smell so good and look so much cleaner.
Love this washer! Laundry is done so much quicker now because I can wash so many things at once. Absolutely love all the different cycle options. Highly recommend!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I have been enjoying using my new washer but I'm finding I need to make a few adjustments in the way I wash things. It occasionally goes off balance during the spin with larger or heavier items like towels or sheets. I need to stop it and re-distribute the items. I have been experimenting with how I place items in the washer to see if that helps the problem.
I should really wait longer to post a review because I'm still unsure how to rate this washer. I'm giving it an average rating and will update my review later if I get more comfortable with it. We have had the washer for a little over a month. The features are great. However, it is definitely much different than I expected. It works very well on the "big and bulky" cycle meant for bedding, blankets, towels, etc. But the everyday cycles like "pure color" and "cotton/normal" - not so sure. When I first tried these cycles, the clothes did not get clean. Sometimes they did not even get wet. The water did not cover them completely. So I tried adding "soak" to the cycle. That helps, but it also adds 30 minutes so your wash cycle lasts almost 90 minutes. I have not had any problems with unbalancing unless I am careless in the way I load heavy items like rugs. I'll reserve final judgment for awhile but be aware there is definitely a learning curve with this machine.
