This product has great features

Had the washer and matching dryer for about 2 months and have had no problems with either. The washer is super quiet and get our clothes very clean and the dryer is so quiet you forget it is running. The spin cycle on the washer gets the clothes almost dry, which saves us money since the dryer does not have to run long to finish the job. The washer washes clothes much different than regular washers, it spins occasionally with water and soap still in there with centripetal force that forces the dirt out but it also agitates often so,don't let this new way of washing worry you. The end result is very clean clothes.

Great Washer!

We bought this washer after having a front loader for the past 7 years and having mold buildup on the seal. I chose a top loader so I won't have that issue but was pleasantly surprised how large the washer is and how much I can wash at once. The only downside is, you cannot wash any waterproof or rubber backed items.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings

This washer clearly has a design defect. On almost every small load, the uneven load error message will display and the washer will stop, and you have to move the clothes around. It can take hours and hours to get a small load done because of this problem. We own an LG dryer that works great, but this washer is absolutely awful. DO NOT BUT THIS MACHINE.
Pros: no good features, poorly designed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazingly quiet, I can barely hear it running. Love the large capacity. I can wash my king size comforter in it just fine :) No more laundromat for the bedding!!!

When my old washer wouldn't spin anymore I decided to search out a new one. I had no idea there even was a washer made by LG....now I'm so happy I found you. This washer does an excellent job of cleaning my clothes with so much less water. They spin almost day therefore my old dryer works less. I love the different settings I can choose that make it just right for each load. I love the quietness of each cycle. And all this for a reasonable price. I must say and I know this is silly but I also love the little tune it plays when the cycle has completed....just make me smile!

We had to replace our old washer and this LG model meets our needs. It is very quiet and does a great job cleaning our clothes. It uses less water than our old washer and thus uses less detergent.

Washes well but VERY slow

I have had this machine for just over a month now and still am not used to how slow each load takes. Despite the estimated "56 minutes" loads take close to 90 minutes - big or small.
When washing a heavy blanket it easily gets unbalanced causing the time to extend (to 2+ hours)until it rebalances or you manually rebalance it (picking up a heavily soaked blanket is very difficult from that angle!).
