Takes to long to wash a load

This machine has too many bells and whistles that is not necessary to do laundry. takes entirely to long to do a load of laundry. I would never buy another one like this. Main complaint is the time it takes to wash a load of clothes. Should be able to set time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased an LG washer and dryer in October of this year. Both items are easy to use and very spacious. These are my first LG products and I'm more than satisfied. What's next? I'm on my way to a TV.

Terrible warranty service

I purchased this product in July. It has since broke. With manufactures warranty I am well over a week with no washer. Service is supposed to be here tomorrow leaving me 10 days without. I will not purchase another LG product after this. I see the warranty is supposed to have problem resolved in 3 days.........
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love at first wash

My previous HE machine was awful from the first wash! After 5 years it started leaking from the bottom and I just couldn't see spending any money on it. Read some reviews on this washer and decided to take a chance. So glad I did because I couldn't be happier! Clothes come out cleaner and with none of the lint the other machine deposited. Dryer time is cut in half too because water is extracted better. No wonder I received a rebate from our electric company.
