Best washer we have ever owned!

This machine is amazing. It is super quiet and you just set the type of clothes you are washing and it figures out the right cycle. It weighs the load to adjust the water level.

We had a situation with the matching dryer. We found the dryer hose disconnected in the attic. We reattached it and the next load the dryer shut down with an error light that said there was an air flow problem. We have a problem in the attic with the venting.
These things are absolutely amazing!

we love this washer it is so much better than our old front loader the top loader has so many more options and a lot easier to load we will recommend this to Our friends and family!

nice washer but first one defective

I bought this washer two weeks ago and it worked great for the first week. By the second week I noticed that the clothes were really wet like the load hadn't gone through the spin cycle. After watching the washer a couple times I saw that the washer would function correctly but after the cycle was over water would leak from the water inlet area into the washer drum. Overnight about 2 inches of water would collect in the washer. Lowes brought out a new one so hopefully the same issue won't happen because I really do like the washer.

Consumer Reports rated this washer #1. They were right! This machine cut our laundry time in half, our water bill was under a 100 bucks for the first time ever. Our clothes are cleaner than with our 19th century washer. It Is Smarter than most humans, LG has incredible help in he manual, on their web site, email and chat. READ the manual before you place the machine! Our family will replace everything we have in the house with LG products in the future. Thank You LG!!

This washer is amazing. Quiet. Cleans well. Easy to use. Such an upgrade over our previous front loader. Simply the best appliance I've ever purchased. No complaints.

Time and water waster

I'd rather be using my wringer washer I started with 45 years ago. This machine is a water waster and my water bill has never been so high for just two people than it has been since I got this washer. It is forever going off balance and the guy said it is balanced correctly. The water drains out when it's off balance and it never leaves a code for me, as it's supposed to, to let me know where it stopped. So, I never know if the clothes have washed and are rinsing or where it's at. If I wash a normal load on normal, there is never enough water to cover the clothes so I have to put it on high. It's a good thing we bought the 3 yr maintenance plan because I think we are going to need it. My husband never buys the maint. plan for anything so just goes to show! I wish I had my wringer washer, or old top load agitator or front load. Seems anything beats this.
Pros: nothing is best
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
