I have no issues with the quality of the washer, or the way it washes clothes. Our water/sewer bill dropped $14 after having the washer for one month and our clothes are just as clean as with the other washer. The only issue I have is that the washer tub is very deep; I am tall and still have trouble getting small items out. A short person is going to have a real problem with it.

I love everything about this washer. It's so easy to use, very easy to operate and does a fabulous job on my laundry. Very clean styling and the clear top gives me a bird's eye view to what is going on inside. For the appliance it is the price was very reasonable. Congradulations to your designers and thank you for a great machine.

I love this washer! I love that I can wash my queen size comforter in it. No more laundry mats. Once you try it you will wonder why you Didn't purchase it earlier. It's great.

Even thougth I gave this product an excellent rating, there are a couple of things that I dislike. One of them is that you can only rinse in cold water. I like to rinse in warm water especially in the winter. I would also like to be able to spin on low in normal wash as I like to wash my clothes that are not delicate in the normal cycle and when It spins medium they come out very creased. Otherwise I love this machine.

This is the best washer we have had in years. I had a supposedly top brand and it died 2 weeks after the 1 yr. warranty was up. This one cleans very well and is so quiet. And has loads of settings.
