This washer is great , it has a large tub and different cylces that I love. I use to have to got to the washateria to wash my comforters, not any more. When I first bought it, I stood in front of the washer the whole cycle because of the clear glass on the top. Overall, I love it!!!!!!!!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
This is my first HE washer and I LOVE it. I was a little hesitant at first because there are so many options on the washer, but soon learned what works best with each load and now laundry day is a breeze.
My whole family now enjoys doing laundry. With the larger bucket, the kids can do triple the laundry in just one load. The automatic load sensor and balancing feature is amazing. And the preset cycles allows the males in the family to do loads without using the wrong settings.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
We were a bit intimidated with all the buttons and features but this is a wonderful addition! When we first got it, we literally just watched it wash our clothes! LOL! I love the large tub size and the cold wash option. We are still playing with the features and look forward to many quiet washes to come.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
We are extremely happy with our washer. The controls are well placed and easy to understand. It is the quietest machine we've ever had. The washed clothes never come out of the machine all tangled and the spin cycle leaves the clothes so dry that we find that we can also save money because the dryer takes less time and energy to dry them.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I love all the energy and water saving features. I am still not sure though that my clothes are coming out clean. Especially when the water doesn't even cover the clothes. I also don't like it when I think the load is even and will be done when I go back downstairs to put them in the dryer and the "UE" is blinking on the screen and there is still 20-30 minutes left because it wouldn't spin because the load supposedly wasn't balanced.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
The washer quit working after less than a month. It took over 2 weeks to get the replacement part. When it is working it is good, but I am not impressed that the computer quit after less than a month. It takes an average of 1 1/2 hours to wash a normal load of laundry with an extra rinse. If it gets out of balance, it takes about 30 minutes more. The wash cycle is only about 20 minutes, the rest is rinsing and spinning. The laundry is only slightly damp when done.
