great washer easy to use

Very easy to use, quite, cleans very well and fun to watch. Only problem is I am short and have a hard time reaching the bottom. Other than that I love this washer. And the price was reasonable.

Watching clothes wash thru the glass top is like watching paint dry. But since the lid locks it does allow you to look in...

Even the dryer became more efficient

Solid performance, meets the good rating Consumer Reports gave it. The big surprise has been that drying times dropped by more than half, compared to the old washer, because this washer does a great job of spinning the water out of the clothes. That also means moving the wet clothes to the dryer is easier because they are lighter.

Easy to use

I like the looks and the steel tub. I like the many options for washing and that it only uses as much water as needed. My clothes seem to be cleaner. I also like the sound at the beginning and end of the cycles and I like that I know how long the wash will take

Does not clean clothes

This has been the biggest waste of money. The washer machine does not properly clean the clothes. This unit had to be serviced 3 months after I purchased it. And it still isn't working properly. I think I brought a defective unit but it's too late to do anything about that because my warranty is up. Look's like I have to purchase another washing machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good washing machine

We watched the cycles a lot when we first purchased this machine, since there's no agitator. My clothes always come out clean, and we really love this washer! I'm not very tall though, so it is pretty hard to get the last bit of clothes out (particularly children's socks!). It seems like it washes better with a larger load too.

Great Washer if you are a tall person!

I have had this washer for about 5 weeks and I still can't get used to the small amount of water that it disperses to clean the clothes. They seem to come out clean though, so I guess it's doing what it's suppose to be doing. The tub is huge. I can wash twice as many clothes in this washer compared to my old Kenmore! The one big downfall is the depth of the tub. I am 5' 5" which I consider an average height. I have to stand on a step stool to get all of the clothes out of the bottom of the washer!
