A great washer all around!

I was very nervous when we had to replace out 20-something-year-old washer and had to do it quickly. We were set on a front-loader, until we spoke with a couple that said they had problems with leakage and smell and wished they never went to a front-loader. We were then going to just buy a regular agitator-type washer, and figured we had made a decision--then I saw this washer! Something lured me over to look at it, and I was immediately sold! Now after having it in our home for several months, I am more happy than ever! Our clothes are soft, clean, and fresh after every load, no matter how dirty they started out. It's saving us tons of cash with the reduced water that is needed, the small amount of detergent used, and the fact that the clothes come out nearly dry after they spin. It's nice to be able to see how much time is left in the cycle down to the minute, and also to be able to adjust the speed of spin, soil amount, and water temperature and create your own cycle when you need to. It's nice to hear the "song" play at the end of the cycle and not a loud "buzz". The assortment of cycles available are all you could possibly need! And even though this washer is so efficient and everybody talks about the smell in the tub if you don't clean it regularly due to the concentrated soap, we've never had this problem because of the convenient "flip-up" section on the lid for venting. We "vent" it after every use. No smell problem for us, we love our LG washer!

After 28 years I had to replace my agitator washing machine. Having had a great experience with LG products I found this machine and can't believe all I've missed. There was a learning curve; wasn't sure how it could wash the clothes without an agitator, but it did. The automatic water sensor is amazing. My old machine had a water level but even the lowest level was sometimes too much water for small loads. This machine has more washing cycles than I ever saw. I love washing clothes. And the water bill is lower too. My laundry room is on the upper level and I no longer feel any vibration or noise from the machine. It is so quiet!

I absolutely love this washing machine. Very large capacity, I can get all of my son's hockey gear in one load. Cleans really well is extremely quiet, especially during the spin cycle. I will never have another front loader again, no smelly rubber gasket to clean. All of the features are great and very easy to use; and clothes are really clean. I would highly recommend this washing machine.

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever owned. The digital display provides user friendly options making it simple to determine appropriate cycle to use on different loads without having to read and re-read the instruction manual. The tub is huge, the machine is quiet, does not go out of balance and cleans all types of clothing and bedding very well! I love it.

I love how much it holds and also the controls are very easy to use and reach with them being in the front. I love that my clothes are warm when I put them in the dryer! I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. I had a front loader before this and I am glad I went back to the top loader. This seems to have the best quality I have seen in a long time. Works great for our family of four with two young kids!
