Great Cleaning and Quiet

Our front load GE washing machine failed the day before Thanksgiving at the 8 year old mark. I thought we would replace it with another front loader to save on water and electricity. After reading reviews online, I convinced myself to try this LG high efficiency top-load washer. I'm so glad we didn't get another front loader. This thing holds a huge load, cleans well and is super quiet while operating! What a great find. I'm so much happier with this washer than I was with our front loading machine. Kudos to LG for such a great design.

This washer fits nicely in my small laundry room but has amazing capacity. It looks great, washes clothes well, and is quiet. Very happy with my purchase.

It Really Makes a Difference

This machine really saves water. You can really use all of the different options to make the process easy. Everything comes out really clean and dry. It cuts down the drying process. It is very quiet and have yet to have an alarm go off for out of balance.

always off balance

washer is level and always goes off balance during the rinse spin cycle. you must baby sit the washer or will fill several times to try and rebalance even with 5 min left on the spin cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer works great

My Dryer is easy to operate. The select buttons are pretty much self explanatory. I also like the design & silver drum. The notification ALARM is great also. The lint trapper is tooooooooooooooo large. I hope that it is alright to use dryer sheets. I'm afraid to put the dryer bar in it since the manual does not touch on these type of products for it.

Always Uneven Load--Huge Waste of Water

Since purchasing this washer in May 2014, it constantly goes into UE (uneven) load. We have purchased a premium service plan and have had the service tech rebalance the washer. It continues to fill the huge drum to the very top with water. We want to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
